Privacy notice

Mind Archway Academy Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through bookings. The company was established in 2017. This notice is written for the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, an optional preferred date, and your message. If you later book, we also keep the instrument you chose, attendance, fee records, and correspondence about rescheduling. The site does not ask for an identity number, brokerage account access, or payment card details. If you telephone, the staff note the same kinds of facts in the booking book.

Why we use it

Inquiry details are used to answer you, to offer an open desk hour, and to confirm a sitting. Booking records are used to run the sitting, to receipt the fee, and to handle a cancellation or refund. We rely on steps toward a contract for inquiries and bookings, and on legitimate interests to keep a short record of who attended a circle so the eight seats stay accurate. We do not use inquiry text for advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

Retention

Unbooked inquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless a dispute about the message is still open. Confirmed booking records, including fee receipts, are kept for five years to meet ordinary accounting needs in Thailand, and longer if a dispute is open. Journal pages you bring to a review stay with you; the academy does not file a copy unless you ask us to hold one, in which case it is returned or destroyed when the sitting is finished.

Your rights

You may ask to access the personal data we hold, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a portable copy of the data you provided, where the PDPA gives that right. Send the request to hello@mindarchway.click. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand. A deletion request does not erase fee records we are required to keep, but we will limit them to that purpose.

International transfers

The academy reads and stores inquiry and booking records in Thailand. Website hosting and email delivery may process connection and message data on servers outside Thailand, including when a message transits a mail provider. Those transfers are limited to operating the site and delivering mail. We do not move your journal contents to an overseas analytics service. Where a transfer needs a PDPA safeguard, we use a provider that contracts to protect the data or we ask for your consent before sending it.

Security and children

Access to the booking book and the inquiry mailbox is limited to Niran, Mali, and the person who handles receipts. No method of storage is perfect; if we learn of a breach that creates a real risk to you, we will tell you and the authority as the PDPA requires. Sittings are for adults. The academy does not seek information from children, and a parent who finds a child’s details in an inquiry can ask us to delete them.
