Refunds, cancellations, and deposits

These rules apply to sittings booked with Mind Archway Academy Co., Ltd. at 300 Ratchadapisek Rd, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310. They cover Desk Routine Coaching, the Evening Study Circle, and Journal Review. Send refund requests to hello@mindarchway.click or call 023851142. The site does not take card payments; fees are paid by bank transfer or in person, and refunds follow the same route.

Eligibility and timeframe

A refund applies to fees the academy has received for a sitting that is cancelled under the timing rules below, or for a sitting the academy cancels. Ask within 14 days of the cancellation. Completed sittings are outside the refund: the hour was given.

Full refund

You receive the unused fee back in full when the academy cancels and cannot offer a date you accept, when you cancel a desk reservation at least seven days before the first sitting, when you cancel a journal review at least five days before the hour, or when you cancel a circle evening or a four-week run at least five days before the first affected Tuesday. A full refund also applies if you were charged twice for the same confirmation.

Partial refund

If you cancel a single sitting, or one evening of a four-week circle, with between two and five days’ notice, half of that sitting’s share is returned and half is kept. For the six-week desk, each sitting’s share is 3,000 THB of the 18,000 THB fee. For the four-week circle, each evening’s share is 1,050 THB of the 4,200 THB fee. Notice under two days, including the same morning, is treated as a no-show for that hour.

Non-refundable items

Once a printed chart pack for Desk Routine Coaching has been prepared for your instrument, 800 THB of the fee is kept even if the rest is refunded. That amount pays for the print run, not for instruction. A journal already handed to you stays yours; its cost sits inside the desk fee and is not rebated as a separate object if you have started week one. Circle example charts are not sold and are not refunded as materials.

Process, timing, and method

Write to hello@mindarchway.click with your name, the confirmation, and the dates you are releasing. The academy replies within two working days with the amount. Approved refunds are paid within 14 working days. Bank transfers are returned to the account that paid. Cash paid at the room is returned by transfer if you provide an account, or in cash at the desk if you prefer to collect it during opening hours. The academy does not send refunds to a third party.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a private sitting or a journal review once without a fee if you give at least two days’ notice and another hour is open within four weeks. A second move of the same sitting, or a move with shorter notice, is treated as a cancellation of that hour under the partial-refund rule. Tuesday circle seats can move to the following Tuesday only if a seat is free; otherwise the evening follows the cancellation rule. The academy may reschedule when the room cannot open. In that case you choose another date or a refund of the unused share, and the materials charge is waived if the pack was not yet printed.

Deposits

The 4,000 THB desk reservation is part of the 18,000 THB fee. It is refunded in full if you cancel at least seven days before the first sitting and the chart pack has not been printed. If the pack has been printed, 800 THB is kept and 3,200 THB of the reservation is returned. After the first sitting has taken place, the reservation is no longer a separate deposit; unused future sittings follow the cancellation shares above.

No-shows

A no-show is an absence without notice, or notice given inside two days. That sitting’s share is kept. The rest of a six-week desk or a four-week circle remains available if you write within seven days to hold the later dates. If we do not hear within seven days, the remaining dates are released and the unused shares are refunded minus any prepared materials, because the chair cannot be left empty on a guess.

Work already started

Instruction already given is not refunded. If you stop a six-week desk after week two, those two shares stay with the academy and the unused four are refunded according to the notice you give for the next scheduled sitting. Journal review is a single hour: once it has begun, the 2,500 THB is kept, including when you end early. Circle evenings already attended are kept; later evenings follow the notice rules.

Materials and exceptions

Purchased or prepared materials are limited to the printed chart pack described above. The academy does not ship goods. An exception is made when illness or a transport shutdown prevents you from reaching Huai Khwang and you write on the day: the sitting is moved once without losing the share, provided you offer a date within four weeks. A second illness in the same booking uses the ordinary notice rules. Disputes about an amount can be sent to the same email; the laws of Thailand apply as stated in the terms.
