Minutes for the checklist

Instrument, date, timeframe, the levels you are still willing to keep, and one sentence that would retire a level. The second chart stays face down.

Minutes of pencil

Swing highs and swing lows first. Volume only beside a level that is already on the page. A trendline only if the swings actually line up.

Minutes to close the page

You read the invalidation sentence aloud. If you cannot, the mark comes off before you leave the chair.

For six weeks, one learner sits with Niran and builds a written order for a single chart. The pages go home in a bound journal. The room supplies the print, the pencil, and the hour. Market decisions stay with the learner.

Mali hosts four Tuesdays. Each evening stays with one habit — candle bodies, swings, volume beside a level, then the checklist you will actually finish. The example chart is printed. Your notes go into your own book.

Journal Review Sitting

2,500 THB · 90 minutes, a single sitting

Bring three weeks of pages. The sitting marks the steps that vanished when the week got busy. You leave with three corrections for the next ten sessions, written in your own handwriting.

04 — A week beside the desk

What the days look like during coaching

Mon
At home, print the daily chart you agreed on. Do not mark it yet if your sitting is the next day — arrive with a clean sheet and the previous pages.
Desk
Checklist, markup, invalidation. The hour is 75 minutes. There is no second instrument on the table.
Next
The following morning you repeat only the checklist and the levels. A smaller timeframe waits until the month is over.
Fri
Five lines: what you planned, what you did, one level that held, one you marked too early, and what stays the same.
