Sitting
Journal Review is a single sitting for someone who already marks charts and wants an outside eye on the routine itself. Niran reads at least three weeks of pages in the order you wrote them, then marks the steps that disappeared when the week got busy.
Learners with a paper journal, a folder of printed charts, or a carefully kept notebook. Pages on a phone screen are a weak substitute; print the three weeks if that is where they live. People with no existing pages should start with the study circle or the six-week desk.
You leave with margin notes on the pages you brought and three corrections written for the next ten sessions. The sitting does not install a new stack of methods.
Sequence
The pages go on the desk in date order. You do not explain them yet.
Niran reads straight through. You answer only when a page is illegible or a date is missing.
Missing checklist lines, crowded levels, and timeframe changes are marked in the margin in pencil.
You write three changes you will keep for the next ten sessions. The list is short on purpose.
Bring the journal or the printed pages, in order, covering at least three weeks. If a week is missing, bring the gap as a blank sheet with the dates written on it. That absence is part of the review.
One sitting, one journal, one primary market. If the pages jump among several instruments, the review follows the one that appears most often. English language. Book at least three days ahead so the desk hour is clear.
