These notes name a sitting and a specific habit. One of them keeps a complaint about the monthly sheet.
The first desk sitting felt slow. Niran would not let me mark a second timeframe until the daily page was finished, and I had wanted to rush into the weekly. By the fourth week I understood why the page stayed clean, though I still wish the printed chart pack included a larger monthly sheet.
I brought eleven weeks of a currency journal with two weeks missing. The missing weeks were the part he spent time on. I left with three corrections, and I have kept two of them. The third — rewriting the checklist every Sunday — was too much, and I dropped it without the pages falling apart.
Hiroshi copied the Friday lines onto a card he keeps in the journal. He said the useful part was being stopped when he added a fourth level “just in case.”

Somsak’s six weeks with one bank chart
Somsak works in Bang Na and reached Huai Khwang after 18:00. He chose a single SET bank name and agreed, reluctantly, to leave his intraday prints at home. Week one was mostly the checklist. He had been opening three timeframes before writing the date.
In week two the page held two horizontal levels. He tried to add a trendline through a gap; Niran had him erase it because the swings did not line up. Somsak later said that erasure annoyed him on the night and made the Friday page possible. The five lines had something stable to refer to.
By week four he had skipped a Wednesday and written the skip on a blank sheet instead of backfilling pretty marks. The review sitting treated that blank as a completed step. Week six he read the journal aloud, including the annoyed note about the missing monthly sheet — the same complaint Daniel made, and the academy still prints the daily as the main page.
He still makes his own market decisions. What changed, in his words, is that a dull week now leaves a comparable page, not a folder of unfinished screenshots.
