Terms of study

These terms govern use of the website at mindarchway.click and bookings for sittings offered by Mind Archway Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”). The academy’s room is at 300 Ratchadapisek Rd, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310. Telephone 023851142. Email hello@mindarchway.click. The company was established in 2017.

Acceptance

By using the site you accept these terms. A sitting is agreed only when the academy confirms it in writing, naming the service, the dates, and the fee. A note sent through the contact form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Rates published on the site are invitations to inquire; the confirmation is the document that fixes the price for that booking.

The sittings

The academy provides technical analysis training as in-person sittings: Desk Routine Coaching, the Evening Study Circle, and Journal Review. Each sitting is described on its own page, including what is included and what is left for another booking. The work is instruction in a chart routine. Learners remain responsible for their own market decisions.

Intellectual property

Site text, the checklist sequence, the Friday-page structure, and the layout of academy worksheets belong to Mind Archway Academy Co., Ltd. You may keep copies for your own study. You may not republish the worksheet sequence or teach it commercially as your own course. Notes you write in your journal remain yours. Printed example charts used in the Tuesday circle stay in the room.

Use of the site

Use the pages to read about the sittings and to send an honest inquiry. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it for a mailing list, or submit another person’s contact details. The academy may refuse a booking that asks for trade calls, account handling, or any service the sittings do not offer.

Inquiries, fees, and conduct in the room

The contact form asks for your name, email, the sitting, an optional date, and a message. See the privacy notice for how that information is handled. Fees are stated on the rates page and are paid by bank transfer or in person. The site itself does not take payment. In the room, phones stay silent during the checklist and the markup. A learner who repeatedly talks over the page may be asked to finish the hour and will not be rebooked.

Liability

The academy’s responsibility is to deliver the sitting that was confirmed: the time, the room, the materials named for that sitting, and the instruction described. Chart study can be misunderstood, and markets move for reasons no journal captures. The academy is not responsible for losses, missed prices, or decisions a learner makes after a sitting. Nothing on the site is a promise of a market result. To the extent Thai law allows a limit, liability for a confirmed booking is capped at the fee paid for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that are not settled by writing to the academy are subject to the courts of Thailand. If a clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses still apply.

Changes

The academy may update these terms by posting a revised page. A booking already confirmed keeps the terms that were in place on the confirmation date, together with the refund page as it read then. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@mindarchway.click or asked by telephone on 023851142.
